Would you be willing to volunteer for one 9-hour weekday each week in our Christian, faith-based child care facility to receive 40 hours per week of FREE child care so you can work or go to school?

Would you be willing to take 30 classroom hours of Early Childhood Education courses to have a spot in this program? [Note: Coursework is completed on site and includes Pediatric CPR & First Aid training. We provide child care during training.]

Do you work or attend school at least 25 hours a week?

Would you be willing to complete a background check and drug test as part of your enrollment as an assistant teacher? This includes paying a one-time $40 fee to a fingerprint company called Identigo. We cover the drug test fee.

Do you have reliable transportation?

We are sad to tell you this, but this is not a program for which you are eligible. But don’t stress out. We have an idea! Next, go to the site of one of our favorite organizations The Collaborative for Children at https://www.collabforchildren.org/ and search for “Find Child Care” at the top of their page. You can even search for programs that accept the subsidy via their site.
